At Edden's Family Daycare, children of different ages and stages are welcomed into a warm, loving environment where they can feel at home. We provide nurturing care and age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage every child to explore, build confidence, and grow.
Infants
(1 month-2 years)
Our youngest learners receive nurturing, individualized care that supports their development while honoring their feeding, sleeping, and daily routines.
Toddlers
(2-4 years)
Through hands-on activities, creative play, and early learning experiences (focusing heavily on math, reading, and writing), toddlers build confidence, independence, and essential developmental skills.
School Age
(4-12 years)
School-age children enjoy engaging educational activities, creative exploration, and opportunities to play, learn, and grow.

Every activity is an opportunity to learn something new.
Art & Creativity
We spend time channeling our inner creativity with drawing, painting, and arts & crafts.
Music
We love to dance at Edden's Family Daycare! Music is a big part of what makes our daycare fun!
Movement
Movement is an important part of our day! We play games and do activities to get them up and moving while learning!
Language
We use ABC Mouse, i-Ready & Starfall to expand children's language knowledge. We also have storytime to help with reading development.
Mathematics
We use ABC Mouse, i-Ready & Starfall to teach kids mathematics in a fun way!
Outside Play
We have active time in the backyard on the playground and swimming (w/ parent permission).
Tools We Use
We incorporate intreractive educational resources such as ABCmouse, i-Ready, and Starfall to help children explore language, phonics, reading, math, science, and more. These sites give children a fun and interactive learning experience to help build confidence and expand their minds.

Your Child's Safety Comes First
At Edden's Family Daycare, we want every child to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Here are some of the ways we help create a secure environment:

Prepared for Emergencies: We practice fire drills every three months so everyone knows what to do.

A Safe Environment: Cleaning supplies, sharp objects, and other potentially harmful items are securely locked away.

Supervised Playtime: Children are carefully supervised during outdoor play and pool activities, which require parental permission.

Pool Safety: Our pool remains covered when not in use.

Safe & Secure Pickups: Daily sign-in and sign-out procedures help us keep track of every child. We also check identification when authorized friends or family members pick up your little one.
Nutrition
Healthy Meals & Happy Tummies
At Edden's Family Daycare, we believe healthy eating helps little ones grow, learn, and thrive. We provide nutritious, homemade meals and snacks to keep children happy and energized throughout the day.

Fresh, Homemade Meals: We prepare balanced meals and snacks with children's nutritional needs in mind.

Regular Meals & Snacks: Children are offered a meal or snack at least every two hours.
